While the skate park remains closed due to the current national lockdown restrictions and following advice from Skate Board England, we thought it would be a great opportunity to work with local graffiti artist Ed (The Visual Drop) to enhance the area. Ed has been working hard to add some amazing creative artwork to the skate park, and will finish the project over the coming weeks (snow and ice allowing). The Council hopes to be able to share news of holiday skateboard workshops, programmes and competitions in the near future as part of our continued Youth Engagement programme for the area.
