Condolences

There is a book of condolence for members of the public to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Haydon Wick Council Offices, Thames Avenue, Swindon, SN25 1QQ.

The Council Offices will be open:

• Saturday 10th September 10am – 3pm
• Monday 12th to Friday 23rd September 8.30am – 3.30pm.
• With an additional evening session on Tuesdays evening between these dates until 8.30pm.

Floral Tributes

Floral tributes can be placed outside the Thames Avenue side of the parish council offices, in the vicinity used for Remembrance Day wreaths. Ideally cellophane free bouquets would be preferred.

Council Meetings

All of our council meetings have been postponed until the period of national mourning has finished.

New meetings summons will be advertised from Tuesday 20th September.
