Today, we are thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone – 10 years of dedicated service from our very own Laura, Deputy Clerk and Services Manager. Laura’s journey with the parish council began a decade ago when she first joined us as an Administrative Assistant.
Over the years, Laura has navigated the ever-changing work landscape, growing and evolving in her role. She is now an indispensable team player, bringing her wealth of knowledge and unwavering support to both the Parks and Open Spaces team as well as the Community Development team.
As Deputy Clerk, Laura’s contributions have been invaluable. Her sharp attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and deep understanding of the Council’s service operations have been instrumental in driving our success.
Laura is widely respected by her colleagues and councillors alike. Her warm demeanour, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for the community make her a true asset to our team. Laura is always willing to go the extra mile, offering a listening ear and a steadfast support system to her peers.
