Join Us – Drop In From 2.00pm All residents of Haydon Wick are warmly invited to attend your Annual Parish Meeting — a chance to hear what’s been happening locally, celebrate community achievements, and help shape the year ahead.
From 2.00pm, we’ll be hosting a relaxed Pop-Up Parish Office & Community Networking Event featuring:
- Meet your Parish Councillors and local partners
- Information stands showcasing council services and local projects
- Updates from community groups
- Refreshments served throughout the afternoon
- Opportunities to share your ideas and priorities
Whether you stay for five minutes or the full event — you are very welcome.
5.50pm – “Shake Awake” Five-Minute Energiser. A light, fun stretch before the formal meeting begins.
