Service is delivered by trained practitioners who know community systems well and triages to those requiring specialist services
Staffed 7 days a week responding to demands and linking with voluntary sector
Includes response for food poverty, social isolation and emotional and physical wellbeing
Keeps vital services free for those who really need them through an emergency assistance fund
We can:
- purchase and deliver a box of essential food/household supplies (£30.00 including delivery)
- collect and deliver prescriptions
- offer advice and support
- offer emergency assistance fund will support residents that have been severely affected by coronavirus, causing them hardship
