Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 17) Order 2022
Notice is GIVEN of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to revoke ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction on Pen Close and introduction of ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ on Pen Close, Severn Avenue and Stour Walk and ‘School Keep Clear’ markings which prohibit vehicles from stopping, Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm on Pen Close outside Greenmeadow Primary School.
