We would like to say a huge thank you to all the children and staff at Haydon Meadow Pre-School for their brilliant litter-picking efforts and for helping to keep Haydon Wick clean, tidy and beautiful.
We are incredibly grateful to all of our volunteer litter pickers who give their time to make Haydon Wick such a lovely place to live. Every bag of litter collected helps to protect our local environment and shows great pride in our community.
It is especially wonderful to see young children getting involved. Activities like litter picking help develop a sense of responsibility, respect for the environment and community spirit from an early age. These are important lessons that can have a lasting positive impact, and we truly appreciate those who recognise the value of this type of education and lead by example.
