Following extensive requests from residents for an Outdoor Gym, Haydon Wick Parish Council is excited to announce an agreed budget of ÂŁ50,000.00 to make it happen as part of the Council’s project plans for 2025/2026.
The proposed location, subject to permission from Swindon Borough Council, is at White Eagle Play Area, Haydon End.
The proposal is that two small pieces of equipment at Primrose Close Play Area (200m away from White Eagle) will also be relocated to White Eagle Play Area to help create a ‘family hub’ suitable for all ages and abilities. The tender is now ready, you can read it here: link
